Three decades of punk rock, pop-punk, emo, and alternative culture come together once again as Warped Tour makes its way to Orlando this November.
Few music festivals have had the cultural staying power of Vans Warped Tour. What began in 1995 as a traveling punk rock festival eventually became a defining part of alternative music culture, introducing generations of fans to artists who would go on to shape the industry.
For many, Warped Tour was more than an annual concert. It was a summer tradition, a place to discover new music, see favorite bands up close, and find a community built around a shared love of alternative culture.
Now, that legacy continues.
Following its highly anticipated return in 2025, Warped Tour is bringing two days of music to Orlando, Florida, on November 14–15, 2026, at Camping World Stadium Campus. With a lineup spanning multiple generations of alternative music, the upcoming event is shaping up to be one of the more exciting stops on this year’s festival calendar.
30 YEARS OF WARPED TOUR: MORE THAN JUST A FESTIVAL
Since its debut in 1995, Warped Tour has played an influential role in the evolution of punk and alternative music.
Founded by Kevin Lyman, the festival became known for its diverse lineup, affordable concert experience, and commitment to showcasing both established acts and emerging artists. Over the years, it helped introduce audiences to bands that would eventually become major names in alternative music, including blink-182, Paramore, Green Day, and many others.
The original touring format concluded in 2018, making its eventual return particularly meaningful for longtime fans. Its 2025 comeback celebrated the festival’s 30th anniversary, marking a new chapter for an event that has remained deeply connected to music and youth culture.
THE ORLANDO LINEUP: A LITTLE NOSTALGIA, A LOT OF ALT-ROCK HISTORY
The 2026 Orlando lineup offers an impressive cross-section of alternative music, featuring established acts, scene favorites, and artists representing different corners of the genre.
Among the standout names is Jimmy Eat World, whose influence on early-2000s alternative rock remains undeniable. With the 25th anniversary of Bleed American falling in 2026, the band’s appearance carries an added layer of nostalgia. Songs like “The Middle” and “Sweetness” remain staples of the era.
Sublime brings another iconic sound to the lineup, blending punk, ska, reggae, and alternative rock. With Jakob Nowell continuing the band’s legacy alongside original members Eric Wilson and Bud Gaugh, their performance represents an interesting new chapter in the group’s history.
For fans of the early-2000s emo movement, Taking Back Sunday and The Used are particularly exciting additions. Both bands helped define an era of emotionally charged alternative rock, with catalogs that continue to resonate with longtime listeners.
Other notable performers include 311, 3OH!3, All That Remains, Hawthorne Heights, Motion City Soundtrack, New Found Glory, Reel Big Fish, Set It Off, Silverstein, Sleeping With Sirens, Thrice, and The Academy Is…
The diversity of the lineup is one of its strongest features. Rather than focusing on one particular sound, the festival celebrates the broader alternative music scene, creating an experience that appeals to longtime fans and newer listeners alike.
WHAT MAKES WARPED TOUR DIFFERENT?
I think the biggest reason to attend Warped Tour this year is the opportunity to experience something that has genuine history behind it.
We’re living in a time when nostalgia is influencing everything from fashion and beauty to music and pop culture. But there’s a difference between seeing an early-2000s aesthetic recreated online and actually experiencing the music and culture that inspired it.
However, the appeal of Warped Tour goes beyond nostalgia.
It represents a connection between generations of music fans. Someone who attended their first Warped Tour in 2005 can now experience the festival alongside someone who discovered these bands through TikTok or Spotify in 2025.
That crossover is part of what makes the event so interesting. The music may be familiar to some and entirely new to others, but the atmosphere of discovering artists, connecting with fellow fans, and experiencing live performances remains universal.
THE COUNTDOWN TO ORLANDO IS ON
With two days of performances and a lineup spanning decades of alternative music, Warped Tour Orlando is bringing together many of the elements that made the festival such an important part of music history.
Whether it’s the opportunity to revisit the soundtrack of the early 2000s, finally see a favorite band live, or discover a new artist, the November event offers plenty of reasons to make room on the festival calendar.
Thirty years after its debut, Warped Tour continues to prove that alternative music culture isn’t going anywhere. If anything, its influence is finding an entirely new generation.
