What better way to start the month of August than by attending a festival? Elements Music & Arts Festival in Long Pond, Pennsylvania to be more specific! This year was greeted by perfect weather, beautiful art and amazing music all weekend long. It truly was β€œan escape unlike any other”.

Everyone knows that side questing can lead to finding some of the best hidden gems and Elements was full of them. Camp Cosmo had a karaoke lounge and a Secret Airy where you could write down your secrets anonymously. There was a hidden speakeasy inside the porta-potties which had a cutesy little bar and lounge for all to enjoy. But our favorite part was the Neon Forest. It was one of the coolest immersive art experiences we have seen. The entire forest was lit up at night with each art installation and it almost felt like you were wandering through another realm. They had hammocks and these tree nets that you could lay in to truly feel even more connected with the art.

And of course Elements isn’t just named Elements just because. This festival does a great job at embodying each of the actual elements – Air, Earth, Fire and Water. All four had their own stage beautifully designed to go with it. We highly recommend viewing a set inside of the tree houses at the Air Stage as we felt like wook fairies dancing the night away in them. Mau P had an intense set at the Fire stage and the vibes were high. Liquid Stranger absolutely threw down for spaghetti time at the Water stage. SIDEPIECE made sure all the house hotties took over the Air stage. But one of the best parts was the secret set that occurred at the Water stage with Barclay Crenshaw, who by the way did not know was performing until 30 minutes before going on. This lineup had a perfect mix of edm genres and satisfied all of our needs.

The best way to experience Elements is with a Vibe Village. This year, one of our babes joined Trinket Traphouse, a crew of almost 30 people from NJ, PA, Florida, and California. Some were old friends and others were brand new, but by the end of the weekend it felt like family.

The planning started weeks before the festival. The crew had a group chat for logistics, brainstormed names until Trinket Traphouse felt right, and even made a spreadsheet to organize everything for camp. Once everyone arrived, the vision came to life. There were shuffle sessions that lasted for hours, late-night quesadillas cooked at 4 a.m., and a Sunday afterparty under the stars thanks to a friend who brought a full DJ setup.

Group camping lets crews pick their spot in advance and be part of one of Elements’ themed villages. Each has its own vibe. Fire is for performances and art, Earth is for games and playful interaction, Water is all about creativity and dΓ©cor, and Air is the laid-back space for crews who just want to be together.

Trinket Traphouse landed in Air Village this year and it couldn’t have been a better fit. Surrounded by neighbors with the same easygoing energy, their camp was filled with laughs, afterparties, and plenty of spontaneous hangouts.

Every year, Elements grows in size and creativity. The stages get bigger, the art more interactive, and the theme days tied to Water, Fire, Air, and Earth encourage everyone to show off their style. Whether it’s through costumes, matching fits, or small details, self-expression is part of what makes the weekend so fun.

Even with all the growth, Elements still keeps the close, heart-centered feel that makes it special. For Trinket Traphouse, that feeling was even stronger. A weekend of music and lights turned into a home, a community, and a reminder of how good it feels to come together.
