BEONIX wasn’t just a music festival – it was a full-blown interstellar adventure. Set on “Planet 9”, this year’s edition transported ravers to a parallel universe filled with music, magic, and mystery at every turn. Everyone was invited to explore beyond the stages and seek out spontaneous quests while immersing themselves in connection, mindfulness, and pure freedom. 

🚀 4 Stages, 4 Worlds

Each of BEONIX’s four stages offered a radically different atmosphere, inviting you to hop between dimensions and musical genres.

🌌 The Hangar Stage

If you’ve ever been to London’s Printworks, the Hangar Stage will hit you right in the nostalgia. Industrial, immersive, and raw, this was the techno lover’s paradise. Think a long, narrow passageway strung with glowing bubble orbs, a pulsing crowd, and zero phones – just pure, undistracted raving.

Hangar Highlights:

• Len Faki set the tone with tech-y, spacey sounds that felt tailor-made for the venue.
• Anfisa Letyago delivered her signature raw, relentless beats.

🌿 The Garden Stage

From the industrial to the ethereal, the Garden Stage brought a totally different vibe. With the hanging dolphin and dancing disco ball, it was the ideal setting for house music beats. 

Garden Highlights:

• Dubfire closed the festival with a hypnotic journey that had everyone in a trance.
• Avision brought his unique New York City sounds for a deep techno set.

🌀 The Main Stage

The centerpiece of BEONIX, the Main Stage was a world of its own. The Portal installation in the center wasn’t just décor, it was truly a gateway into another dimension.

Main Stage Highlights:

• Armin van Buuren led us on a euphoric journey with his legendary trance and incredible light show. 
• Adriatique touched our hearts with a beautiful melodic set. 
• Maceo Plex dropped his classic hits which, let’s be honest, never get old.
• The man, the myth, the legend Boris Brejcha had the crowd erupting with his high-octane set.  We loved seeing fellow attendees sporting their best Boris masks!  
• And finally…behind the stage? Salone, a secret restaurant tucked away that literally felt like you entered the castle in Beauty & the Beast. BEONIX basically snuck a whole dining experience into the lineup!

🌱 The Organic Stage

This one felt like a hidden gem. Art installations, including an enormous winking bear mural, added charm and character. It was the perfect place to slow down, sip a cocktail, and just chill for a moment.  

Organic Highlight:

• It was such a joy seeing James Zabiela again as it had been a while since I had last seen him. True to form, he wove his intricate, hypnotic transitions and had us locked in with his contagious smile and positive vibes. 

🗺️ The BEONIX Quest: Let the Adventure Begin

I knew I had to take on the BEONIX Quest the second I arrived at the festival and found the Quest Booth! This wasn’t your average festival checklist – it was the ultimate side quest and a full-fledged scavenger hunt that had me weaving through the festival grounds, discovering tucked-away treasures, interacting with costumed characters, and completing challenges in some very unexpected places.

Along the way…

• I posed with BEONIX mascots.
• Tracked down a hidden speakeasy through a back alley.
• Got my aura read by a psychic 👀
• …stumbled upon Salone behind the Main Stage.

Little did I know, my mini-adventures were going to culminate in my biggest surprise yet! (read on to find out what happens 😉) 

🍸 Mini-Missions & Magical Moments

Beyond the beats, BEONIX was all about the details and just all-around visually stunning.  Think massive, life-sized murals, roaming performers, and immersive décor that really drove home the “other planet” theme.

Highlights:

• The B14 cocktail bar served up more refined drinks, including the signature BEONIX cocktail, in a cozy garden lounge.
• MAC’s glitter station got my rave look leveled up with some pro glitter and sparkle – festival glam unlocked
• Life-sized murals turned every corner into an art exhibit.
• The Food Court offered a wide variety of culinary options and ensured ravers could refuel and recharge to keep those dance moves going. 

💕 Fashion & Community Vibes

BEONIX definitely had a vibe and the people brought it to life! Fashion-wise, everyone came dressed for intergalactic success, and a few trends stood out:  

• Cowboy boots on cowboy boots! 
• All the glitter: faces, pants, hair, shirts – the sparkle was everywhere!

But more than anything, it was the people that made BEONIX special. An eclectic, international crowd (we even met a fellow American!), open-hearted and ready to connect. No pretension, just pure, shared joy.

🎶 Local Talent

BEONIX didn’t just stick to the big names, they gave local and rising artists a serious spotlight. 

A few new favorites:

• LNTX
• Dreus b2b Penny K
• Badbox

Each DJ brought something fresh and unique, adding depth to the lineup and keeping the music discovery going all weekend long.

🎡 Full Circle: A Festival Ending Like No Other

On the last day, with the music pulsing through the air and the feeling of adventure still lingering, I realized that I had completed the BEONIX Quest! Every secret had been uncovered and each box ticked with its corresponding colorful sticker.

I made my way back to the activity booth where a small crowd of fellow questers had gathered to spin the Wheel of Prizes. Everyone was cheering each other on like we were on some rave edition of Wheel of Fortune. I had no expectations – I was just proud of the completed journey!

I spun the wheel as hard as I could and watched it go round and round until it came to a full stop.  

And then…WOW! No way! I could hardly believe where the needle landed: I won a ticket to BEONIX 2026!!! 🎉

A full-circle moment.  The alignment of the planets one could even say. Most certainly, a perfect surprise ending to an already perfect weekend.
