We’re trading glitter for goblets and raving under lasers for raising our mead, because for the first time ever, The Festival Babes are heading to a Renaissance Faire! And not just any faire…we’re diving headfirst into the Washington Midsummer Renaissance Faire for Weekend 2: Legends of the High Seas happening July 26–27, 2025!
This isn’t just a weekend…it’s an adventure. Think: pirate babes, rogue queens, scandalous corsets, and sword fights in the forest. We’ll be joining Queen Bess and her crew of swashbucklers in the village of Merriwick, where the energy will be high, the boots will be thigh-high, and the rum will (hopefully) be flowing. 🍻
What to Expect:
- Legendary Looks: We’re swapping rave fits for pirate wench realness. Bustiers, lace-up boots, pirate hats, and maybe a few strategically placed jewels (we are still Festival Babes, after all).
- Pub Crawls? Say Less🍻:What’s a pirate weekend without a little booze-fueled mischief? The Washington Ren Faire’s legendary Pub Crawls take you on a spirited 2-hour adventure through the village—complete with ale, cider, hilarious hosts, and surprise performances. Bonus: you’ll score a commemorative glass, a special pin, and VIP seating to close it out in style. We’ll definitely be joining the crawl… see you at the tavern, babe.
- Rogue Energy Only: We’re leaning all the way in to the chaos-flirting with knights, dodging cursed treasures, and maybe even getting “arrested” by a pirate or two. It’s giving hot girl cosplay meets renaissance mischief.
- Faire Fun for the Babes: From hair braiding, face painting, and henna to archery and axe throwing, there’s no shortage of ways to play, slay, and slay again!
So if you see a crew of glitter-dusted pirates running wild through the Washington woods…that’s probably us. Come say hi, raise a toast, and maybe join the crew! Just don’t be surprised if we ask you to walk the plank (with us, for content, obviously) 😉
