Lost Times Presents the End of Times Funky Fall Festival: with such an attention grabbing festival name this festival sure lived up to its expectations! From the rolling hills down the mountains side to the unique landscapes surrounding us, not to mention the glorious Buffalo River, my weekend at Lost Times Retreat definitely was one for the books!
Day 1 for us started on a Thursday driving 5 hours from Kansas City to Jasper, Arkansas; who doesn’t enjoy a roadtrip with friends? Once we arrived it was time to set up our tents and make friends! The glamping set up for the TFB team was very cute and chic looking, but as this was my first ever EDM fest, I wanted to experience it to the fullest! So I opted to stay in my own tent. Afterward setting up camp, we went down to enjoy the Pre Party and DJs, which i gotta say, were amazing throughout the entire day!
Day 2 started on a Friday, with the heat on the mountain top waking everyone up at promptly 8am. We decided it would be a great idea to head down to the river where we discovered a cliff side we could swim across to and go cliff diving! Another one of many firsts for me this weekend! Upon arriving back to site, we decided to fuel up with the other phenomenal Festival Babes before our night ahead. The festival owner, Justin, fired up the grill and made the most delicious pulled pork I’ve ever had not only for us, but for the artists as well.

The festival wasn’t big in size, but it made it way more intimate giving us time to hang out with and really get to know the artists before and after their sets. My plus one I brought with me was my good friend Noah whose artist name is Fifty Faces. Because the festival was so intimate, he had the opportunity to freestyle in front of one of the headliners, Honeycomb, who loved his freestyle so much that he allowed him to come on stage and freestyle rap with him. It was such a wonderful sight to see and an amazing once in a lifetime opportunity that only happens at festivals.
Day 3 started with all of us babes heading back to the river to go cliff jumping as a group, as well as some of our other friends we made along the way! Starting the day in the cool water definitely helped with the intense heat on top of a mountain. Afterwards, we all got ready in our spot that we called the “influencer getting ready tent” before we hit the stages again! We all danced and enjoyed the night at the main stage together on the final night of the festival.
This is a weekend I will never forget, as it was full of many firsts for me. I cannot wait to join the babes again next year!
