We Belong Here Festival returned to Virginia Key Beach in Miami for the second year on February 25-26, 2023. The festival boasts a 360 Experience as its main stage, with a large area for VIP tables and an open bar for VIP pass holders. The Lost Village stage can be found surrounded by small colored houses and unique art exhibits, with a sort of woodsy Tulum vibe. Head over to the Beach Stage for an intimate experience and watch festival attendees come and go by boat – or better, yacht!

Given that this was only year two of this festival, the event surely went off without a hitch. The bathrooms were clean and stocked, the lines for food, drinks, and vendors were controlled and not too long, and security was on point. There was something for everyone in terms of food, and the festival was even giving out free water cups to keep attendees healthy and hydrated.
On Day 1, Kaskade played a 3 hour redux set. You could find flow artists in the crowd, and, of course, an ample amount of shufflers dancing through the sand. On Day 2, Lane 8 played a 3 hour set through the sunset for an ethereal experience. We Belong Here has undoubtedly put their name on the map when it comes to house and techno, with a seamless festival and an amazing lineup. We can’t wait for next year!
