Under the vast Nevada desert sky, thousands gathered to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of RISE Festival an event unlike any other. What makes RISE so special isn’t just the music or the stunning visual of glowing lanterns filling the night, it’s the intention behind every single light released into the sky.

Each lantern represents something deeply personal: a dream, a manifestation, a wish, or a release. As they lift into the dark desert air, the energy becomes almost tangible, a shared moment of hope and connection that’s impossible to forget. I personally wrote positive affirmations and manifestations on my lanterns, and even wrote a lantern for a dear friend who passed away last year. Whatever you choose to write on your lantern is completely up to you, and watching thousands of them float off into the stars reminds us that are dreams and goals are always RISING towards our reality.

This year’s festival felt especially intimate and intentional, from the community-driven atmosphere to the breathtaking performances by Rufus Du Sol, Disclosure, Calvin Harris, Elderbrook, Goose and John Mayer to name a few. For those seeking an elevated experience, the Platinum (VIP) band made the weekend even more magical, offering complimentary food and drinks, premier seating and viewing areas, and a sense of ease that allowed guests to fully sink into the moment.

And in true RISE fashion, every lantern is 100% biodegradable, ensuring that the beauty we send into the sky also honors the earth below it.

Ten years in, RISE continues to remind us that sometimes the light we’re searching for is our own, and when we come together to share it, the desert truly comes alive. 🌟
