Art Basel turns Miami into its own universe. Everywhere you look there is something happening. It is beautiful chaos, and honestly half the fun is trying to keep up. With so many events popping up across the city, it can get overwhelming figuring out where to spend your nights. Luckily the Festival Babes have done the homework and picked three Art Basel events we are most excited about this year.

First up is the Deep Root Tribe takeover on the terrace at Club Space Miami on Wednesday, December 3. If you love afrohouse this one is basically calling your name. The lineup is stacked with artists such as Francis Mercier, ajna b2b samm, Mob Lack, and Arymé, all of whom know exactly how to lock a crowd into a groove and keep the energy building for hours. A terrace night and morning during Art Basel weekend always hits different! The sunrise creeping in, the crowd feeling like one giant heartbeat, it is the kind of experience you talk about long after Basel is over. This party starts at 11pm and will run deep into the next day, so plan accordingly and if you’re hungry you can head downstairs to Space Odyssey for the famous Space Grilled cheese for a snack.

Across town on the same day, the Mau P Skate 95 Rave is taking over the Print Shop with III Points. If you have ever been to the iconic skate raves under I 95 you already know those nights were legendary. This new edition feels like the upgraded, leveled up, Basel version of that whole world. Two stages, a bigger layout, a new venue, and actual skate ramps in the middle of the rave. It sounds wild because it is supposed to be.

On Stage One, Mai Iachetti opens at 6pm, followed by Ben Sterling setting the tone before Mau P closes out the night. On Stage Two you will find Lousy Lover b2b Marte, RAJE, and Nicole Gallamini bringing their own style and keeping the energy high. It is the kind of event that blends local talent and that underground Miami grit in a way only III Points can pull off.

Then, as Basel winds down, there is one more can’t miss moment. On Sunday, December 7, Space is throwing the Golfos Downtown Block Party. If you have ever been to a Golfos party you know it is pure good vibes. This one is open air, right in the heart of downtown, and it has that perfect mix of playful and chaotic that makes a block party feel like summer camp for adults. It is the ideal way to wrap up the week when everyone is happy, sun kissed, tired, yet somehow still dancing.

Basel week comes at you fast. Every day is packed, every night is louder than the one before, and somehow you still want more. These three events stand out because they each offer something unique. One gives you a deep afrohouse journey on the terrace, one drops you into a skate rave fever dream, and one lets you dance in the street with your friends to close out the weekend.
