Okay babes, can we just take a second to process how insane the lineup is for We Belong Here Central Park? From October 10–12, We Belong Here World be taking over Wollman Rink right in the middle of the city for a weekend that blends everything we love: beautiful music, the skyline, Central Park energy, and of course, all of us dancing together under the stars and city lights.
Friday kicks off with the dreamy, melodic magic of Lane 8. His deep, progressive sound is basically designed for sunset sets, and we already know it’s going to feel like one big collective exhale as we start the weekend. Saturday keeps the energy going with none other than Porter Robinson stepping in for a DJ set that is bound to hit us right in the feels. Porter has this way of making every moment feel cinematic, and we’re fully prepared to dance, cry, and scream-sing with our besties all night long. Closing out the weekend on Sunday is the queen herself, Nora En Pure. Her nature-inspired deep house always feels like a breath of fresh air, and we couldn’t dream of a more perfect artist to soundtrack our final night in Central Park.
And babes, the undercard is just as stacked. We’re already making plans to dance our hearts out at Neil Frances (DJ set), vibe with Sultan + Shepard (DJ set), and lose ourselves in the basslines of Wax Motif. Add in the melodic brilliance of Klingande, the hypnotic energy of Nicky Elisabeth, and the absolute fire that VNSSA always brings, and we’ve got ourselves a recipe for nonstop dancing. Rounding out the bill, we’re hyped to discover rising talents like Aleos, AX.EL, and Sasha Atlas (Hybrid Set). You just know some of our favorite festival memories are going to come from these sets.
Now, let’s talk environment, because the We Belong Here crew always goes above and beyond to create a space that feels as magical as the music. Picture this: the stage is set against Central Park’s skyline, golden hour fading into night, and thousands of people moving together to the music. Add in food curated by Smorgasburg (hello, gourmet eats in between sets. Yes please!), and we’ve got ourselves a weekend that pleases every sense.
We’re already planning our outfits (think cozy but cute, because NY in October can get a little chilly), curating our daily lineups, and manifesting those “this is what life’s about” moments that only happen at festivals like this.
So babes, who are you most excited to see? Are you leaning more toward Lane 8’s dreamy vibes, Porter Robinson’s emotional chaos, or Nora En Pure’s blissful house journey? Because honestly… we’re here for it all. Let’s dance through the city together and make this a weekend we’ll never forget.
XOXO! – The Festival Babes
