There are music festivals, and then there is Bass Canyon. A bass heads dream. From August 14–16, bassheads returned to the iconic Gorge Amphitheatre for three days of heavy bass, unreal production, and the kind of energy that makes this festival feel like its own little world.
This year’s lineup was STACKED. Excision kicked off the weekend with a massive Friday night set, while Saturday brought some of our most anticipated performances, including Ganja White Night, ALLEYCVT, Ray Volpe, WANKDAT (Crankdat b2b Wooli), and an emotional ILLENIUM b2b Dabin closing set. Sunday kept the energy going with ATLiens, INZO, SVDDEN DEATH presents VOYD, and an Excision b2b SLANDER finale. Across the Canyon, Hilltop, and Starlight stages, there was truly something for every kind of bass lover.
But Bass Canyon has never been just about the lineup. There is something so special about thousands of people making the trek to The Gorge, setting up camp, finding their people, and spending an entire weekend completely immersed in bass music. Between the outfits, campground adventures, new friendships, side quests, sunset sets, and that first walk over the hill to see the Gorge in all its glory, the weekend is filled with moments that you simply cannot recreate anywhere else.
And of course, we have to talk about the production. Bass Canyon continues to live up to its reputation for massive sound, lasers, visuals, and stage production that feels perfectly at home against one of the most beautiful venue backdrops in the country. Excision just really knows what he is doing…
Our necks may hurt, our sleep schedules may be destroyed, and we may still be finding dust in places dust should never be… but Bass Canyon 2026, we would do it all over again.
Until next year, headbangers. 🦖💚
