There’s something about Hulaween that you just can’t explain until you’ve experienced it. Maybe it’s the Spanish moss hanging from the trees, the elaborate costumes, the music echoing through the forest, or the thousands of strangers who somehow feel like old friends. Whatever it is, Hulaween has a magic entirely its own.
From October 22–25, 2026, festivalgoers returned to the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, Florida, for four days of music, immersive art, and wonderfully weird adventures. Naturally, The Festival Babes were there to experience it all!
A Little Something for Everyone
One of Hulaween’s greatest strengths is its genre diversity. Where else can you spend your afternoon listening to live funk and jam bands before dancing to bass music deep into the night?
This year’s lineup delivered an incredible mix of talent, with Pretty Lights, Excision, My Morning Jacket, Of The Trees, Daily Bread, Green Velvet, and The String Cheese Incident among the many artists bringing the forest to life.
Whether you came for the heavy bass, funky grooves, or experimental sounds, there was always something worth discovering.
The Magic Beyond the Music
Of course, Hulaween is about so much more than its lineup.
Spirit Lake once again offered an immersive escape filled with imaginative art installations, colorful lights, and unexpected surprises. Wandering through the grounds felt like stepping into another universe, where creativity had absolutely no limits.
And then there were the costumes. From elaborate group ensembles to hilariously creative individual looks, Hulaween attendees understood the assignment.
But what truly makes this festival special is its community. There’s an unmistakable sense of belonging at Suwannee, where self-expression is celebrated and everyone is encouraged to embrace their weirdest, most wonderful selves.
Until Next Time, HulaFam!
Our team spent the weekend capturing the music, meeting incredible people, and documenting the little moments that make festival culture so special.
Between the unforgettable performances, late-night adventures, and genuine connections, Hulaween reminded us why we love this community so much.
Four days somehow felt like an entire lifetime and not nearly enough time all at once.
To the artists, organizers, and beautiful humans who made Hulaween 2026 so memorable, thank you for another incredible adventure.
Until next year, HulaFam. Keep it weird, keep it wonderful, and never lose that Suwannee magic. 💜
