Okay, let’s talk about Decadence AZ because WOW, what a way to kick off the new year! Celebrating their 10-year anniversary, this festival was everything we wanted and more. From insane stages to wholesome moments with The Festival Babes, here’s the tea on what made it unforgettable.  

VIP & Platinum Perks? Say Less.  

First of all, the VIP section was MASSIVE!!! The VIP deck offered the perfect views of the stages, including a 360 degree video booth, complimentary glam beauty bar, and even a lounge to chill in between your favorite artists. One of my favorite spots on the VIP deck was right by the rail so I could watch all the headbangers getting absolutely feral to the music. Platinum took it to another level with side-stage viewing and a live artist (Victoria Varela, who created some really beautiful art). Oh, and let’s not forget the catered dinner that we got with Platinum along with artist lounge access. Relentless Beats held live interviews with the artists, which was so cool to watch! I even got to meet Malaa right before his set and told him he’s a king and his music is amazing!

The Bazaar = Pure Chaos (in the Best Way)  

The Bazaar by Baked Bros was giving off childhood nostalgia with a twist. Think arcade games, Mario Kart races, and a bar handing out free drink samples (yep, FREE). The Highland experience was a whole vibe too which included kandi-making, hair braiding, and temporary tattoos, which were all complimentary!!!! They even had a smaller more intimate stage within the Bazaar, along with a bunch of nice photo op spots. 

Artist Highlights

Day 1 was all about lasers, bass, and pure energy! With artists like Deadmau5, Dom Dolla, Svdden Death, Troyboi, and Excision, the night came in HOT. The visuals and lasers were on another level, but Excision’s closing performance? Absolutely phenomenal—he always knows how to deliver an unforgettable show that leaves you absolutely buzzing.

Day 2 was pure magic from start to finish. Dr. Fresch B2B Bijou had me losing my mind. They’re both so playful and energetic on stage it was really great to watch, and they brought their parents on stage, which was so cute and sentimental!!! Mau P and Sidepiece had me shuffling nonstop, and Zeds Dead brought all the feels—hearing “Sweet Memories” live was such a special moment. And let’s talk about John Summit’s NYE countdown set—UN-FREAKING-FORGETTABLE! The vibes were immaculate all night. Oh, and Hol!’s set? Absolutely bonkers. The lasers were insane and the mosh pits were wild!!! Day 2 couldn’t have been more perfect.

Final Thoughts: We’ll Be Back! 

The production, the visuals, the PEOPLE – everything about Decadence AZ showed how much care went into making this festival iconic. Whether you were on the dancefloor, at the silent disco, or vibing with friends in the Bazaar, the energy was unmatched. Huge shoutout to everyone who made this happen.
