Lost Lands 2025 was nothing short of legendary. From the moment the gates opened, you could feel the upgrades everywhere—especially at the Crater stage, which got a massive glow-up this year. Bigger production, MORE LASERS, sharper sound, and a layout that made it feel like you were being swallowed whole by bass. Honestly, it felt like the dinos got an upgrade too. 🦖✨
This year we had the opportunity to try the Lost Lands VIP Hotel Package, aka we felt like Dubstep Royalty👑 We checked into our hotel, and immediately got handled a goodie bag with our festival wrist bands, shuttle passes, merch and a whole lot of other stuff! The shuttles ran every hour on the hour to the festival, and every 30 minutes returning back to the hotel. Having a clean bed, a hot shower and AC to come home to at the end of the night was the biggest treat. I fear I’ve officially traded in my camping wook crown for a hotel baddie one!
Of course, no festival is complete without a little weather drama! On the last day, a rain delay had everyone bundled up for a short pause, but instead of slowing things down, it did the opposite. When the skies cleared, the crowd came back even louder, and the final sets turned into a full-blown celebration. It’s like the storm recharged the entire festival.
And let’s talk about production. After last year’s no-pyro rule (thanks to the Ohio drought), this year the fire returned, and wow, did it deliver. Pair that with the lasers, visuals, fireworks, and some of the heaviest sets of the weekend, and you had a prehistoric playground built for bass lovers.
Lost Lands is always about more than just music, it’s the community, the headbangers, the kandi swaps, and the feeling of being in a world designed for us. But this year? With the stage upgrades, the triumphant return of pyro, and a weekend full of unforgettable moments—it was next-level.
Already counting down the days until we’re back in dinosaur territory again. 🦕💥
