What happens when you bring together a forward-thinking company, content creators, festival fashionistas, and independent fashion designers? The Festival Babes Fashion Show returned this year to The Farm at Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival in Manchester, TN. In the midst of one of the most well-known music festivals in the country, this energetic fashion show showcased the style and talent within the festival community.
Last weekend, The Festival Babes brought their iconic Festival Fashion Show to Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival June 15-18, 2023. Partnering with Mamie Ruth, an independent bohemian fashion brand that boasts eco-friendly sustainable materials and handmade designs, this year’s runway took place right in the middle of The Farm’s familiar Centeroo.

Prior to the runway show, members had the chance to participate in The Festival Babes’ classic “Get Ready With The Babes” branded activation, which included VIP styling sessions with personal stylists from Mamie Ruth’s team, including Emily Bargeron, the Mamie Ruth owner herself. The collaboration between The Festival Babes and Mamie Ruth was a match made in festival fashion heaven. Emily and her team of personal stylists worked their magic, curating unique looks for each member of The Festival Babes community. From hand-dyed kimonos, to repurposed vintage jackets, to flowing tiered skirts, the outfits empowered everyone to embrace their personal style.

Members were styled in custom handmade designs fit for every body type, selecting hats and jewelry from their accessory wall, offering the perfect finishing touches to complement the outfits. And what better way to complete the festival look than with a pair of designer leather boots by Lane Official? The attendees were spoiled with Lane Official’s new Smokeshow Collection boots to complete each outfit.
This was not the first time The Festival Babes has hosted a fashion show at a music festival. Last year, the renowned female-community group hosted its inaugural Festival Fashion Show event at Imagine Music Festival highlighting independent designers and small businesses. The Festival Babes showcased festival fashion designs on members of the community, with upbeat music by female DJ SNSHNE, turning the runway into a sold out pool party.
With its second edition at Bonnaroo, The Festival Babes Fashion Show has solidified its position as a must-attend activation for festival fashion enthusiasts. It is a celebration of inclusivity, creativity, and community. The Festival Babes proved once again that fashion knows no boundaries and that festivals are the perfect playground for expressing oneself through style.
